Job overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration and Relocation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the visa application processes for the UK and US, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and provide comprehensive relocation support to employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire visa application process for the UK and US, including work permits, residency permits, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure all visa applications comply with the latest immigration laws and regulations for both the UK and US.
  • Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation for visa applications and renewals.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and clients throughout the visa application and relocation process.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, employees, and immigration authorities to facilitate smooth processing of visa applications.
  • Assist with relocation logistics, including housing, transportation, and settling-in services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations for the UK and US and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Either a regulated OISC advisor at level 2 or above and/or hold Immigration and Asylum Law  accreditation with the UK Law Society or equivalent US qualification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration and relocation services, with specific experience in UK and US visa processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK and US immigration laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable (not mandatory):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience in a start-up environment
