The IT Technician is tasked with managing and resolving IT issues, maintaining equipment, and providing technical support to ensure a seamless and productive work environment. Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be working within a small group of people prioritising daily tasks considering business requirements
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Delivering a high level of service to users, with prompt and polite replies to users requiring support
  • Video and audio and streaming hardware/software management
  • Basic Polarion software administration
  • Configuration of Web servers & APIs
  • Proficiency in managing the Microsoft Environment, advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in using the Ninja platform for RMM
  • Management of Teams settings and troubleshooting
  • Advanced management of Sharepoint through SP Admin
  • Basic tasks such as adding users, groups, sharepoints, distribution lists
  • Basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an IT support role or relevant IT certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac Operating Systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service.
  • A desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
