My role is to hire the best global talent into our Electric Propulsion team based in Everett, Washington. I search and headhunt through a tailored and personable approach to source a very technical and unique skill set. The hunt is not just focused on technical fit but also finding someone who is motivated by our challenges and goals. It's definitely not an easy task but it is very rewarding.
The opportunities to learn are endless. There are experts in every division who are happy to share their knowledge with you, which of course allows you to widen your skillset and understanding of what is going on in the industry on a daily basis. We are scaling up quickly so there is always room for career development, and we of course look internally to fill roles before advertising new openings.

We have some very challenging roles to fill due to the very niche skill-sets required. The first role I placed was a great moment because it was a particularly tricky and high-priority position. The elated response from the Senior team was especially fulfilling.
