• Managing engineering applications administering support tasks with good analytical skills (strategy, plan, consequences etc.);

• Effective communication with both engineering and IT support teams;

• Organising/conducting the training for ERP/MES/PLM tools; Collaborate with other team members of the engineering staff for support of ERP/MES/PLM environment;

• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables including procurement (renewal of the licenses and other services);

• Designing and updating the procedures connected with area of responsibility;

• Perform a variety of tasks, lead and/or support development of IT infrastructure activities from the area of responsibility.

Skills:

• A comprehensive understanding of ERP/MES/PLM concept and gain an appreciation of the link between mechanical system design and other domains like software developing, fuel cell systems, electrical etc.;

• Solid understanding of PLM/ALM-MES-ERP environment from the engineering perspective;

• Experience in MBSE (Team for Capella, Amesim), CAS (MATLAB Simulink, MathCAD), CAE (Siemens Star-CCM+, Simcenter, Motor-Solve; Altair as an advantage);

• Experience in administering of the integrations between those tools (design of these integration as an advantage)

Background

Experience in Aviation, Powertrain or PCB design projects:

• Understanding of Industry 4.0 concept;

• Familiarity with Siemens Polarion, Opcenter, Teamcenter, Netsuite ERP as an advantage.

The wage scale or salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $130,000. In addition to the foregoing base compensation, additional compensation and benefits are available to employees and eligible family members (as applicable) including the following:

💰 Bonus: Annual discretionary bonuses.📈 Equity: Ability to exercise company stock options

👵🏽 Retirement: Eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) Plan, with up to a 4% matching

🧬 Life Insurance: Basic Life/AD&D of up to $50,000 and the option to add on Supplemental Coverage.

💫 Short-Term Disability: Up to 60% of your earnings for up to a period of 24 weeks.

🤒 Long-Term Disability: If your disability extends beyond 180 days, LTD Coverage for up to 60% of your earnings.

🏖️ Paid Time Off: Eligible employees may accrue up to 120 hours per year (15 days) and may borrow up to 40 hours (5 days).

🩺 Sick Time: Eligible employees may accrue up to 40 hours, per year (5 days)

🏖️ Paid Holidays: 12 observed holidays, per calendar year.

🛩️ The Fly Club: up to $2,000 of reimbursement towards flying lessons to all full-time staff
