Learning and development
We take our people’s development seriously. Each engineering department has its own training budget and you can request training during the end-of-year and mid-year review cycle. We’re conscious that non-monetary investment adds pace, traction, and impact to our work so we can achieve our mission. Everyone completes a suite of e-learning modules before passing their probation, and we host an annual Hydrogen summit to bring together the best global talent and provide an overview of sector developments. We’re currently engineering a leadership development programme that will include a 360 appraisal and coaching to support ZeroAvians with high potential.
